AIESEC is an international organization, present in more than 100 countries all over the world. Our goal is to give young people the opportunity to develop their leadership qualities in a challenging environment: by going on an internship or volunteering project abroad, or by becoming an AIESEC member!

AIESEC in Delft is one of 10 offices of AIESEC in the Netherlands. We consist of 6 full-time Executive Board members and 16 part-time members, and we work together from our office at Kanaalweg 4 to send Dutch students abroad and to welcome students from other countries for traineeships.

Aside from that, we have our Local Committee Meeting in 'de Sjees' every Monday night. Here, we exchange updates and receive trainings on subjects like sales, acquisition and public speaking, but also about mental health, growth mindset and teambuilding. Additionally, we have multiple conferences throughout the year with everyone from AIESEC in the Netherlands!
